The monthly rent per person is 4.600,-Kč, with all services and energy included. The amount includes water, heating, holy space, waste disposal, garbage cans, energy, high-speed internet, cleaning and regular replenishment of toiletries including bedding and electricity. The amount of rent with services and energy is flat, nothing is charged! It's always the same every month. No bail! RK commission is 4.600,-Kč incl. VAT per person. We have available seats for students, students and student couples. The offer is only a student and is not intended for anyone else! We place only students or students in our rooms together, there is no problem either. We have especially individuals here, most of whom are here and remain from previous semesters and academic years.
