Personal Data Processing Principles

Information about the processing of personal data

Akkola s.r.o., with its registered office at Záhřebská 562/41, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague, Company ID No.: 07597355, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 302348 (hereinafter "Lovec-Realit.cz"), the operator of the Lovec-realit.cz internet server available at https://www.lovec-realit.cz (hereinafter the “website”), declares that all processed personal data are considered strictly confidential and are handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. The security of your personal data is our priority.

For the purposes of these Personal Data Processing Principles, the terms below have the following meanings:

Definitions

  • Personal dataare any identifiers that identify and distinguish a person. This includes, for example, first name, last name, date of birth, age, gender, address, phone number, e-mail, marital status and citizenship.
  • Processing of personal datameans in particular collection, storage on information carriers, making available, modification or alteration, searching, use, transfer, dissemination, publication, retention, exchange, sorting or combining, blocking and destruction.
  • Controllermeans the person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
  • Processormeans the person who processes personal data for the controller in accordance with the controller’s instructions.
  • Regulationmeans Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known by the abbreviation GDPR.

1.Controller

Akkola s.r.o. is the controller of personal data in relation to all services provided through the Lovec-realit.cz website, except for the services listed in Article 7, where Lovec-Realit acts as a processor.

For all matters related to the processing of your personal data or the exercise of your rights under the Regulation, you may contact the e-mail address [email protected].

2.Processed personal data

Akkola s.r.o. processes the following categories of personal data:

3.Purposes of processing personal data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • performance of the contractual relationship
  • increasing the security of provided services
  • improving the quality of provided services
  • conducting analyses and measurements (in anonymized form, we collect statistical data such as the number of views of individual ads, overall website traffic, time spent on the website and devices through which the website is viewed),
  • sending commercial communications (in accordance with applicable legislation, based on your consent or the controller’s legitimate interest, you may be sent commercial communications, from which you can unsubscribe at any time),

4.Retention period

Your personal data are processed and stored for the period during which the relevant service is provided (i.e., for the duration of the contract performance) and thereafter for the period during which Akkoola s.r.o., as the controller, is obliged to retain personal data under generally binding legal regulations, or for the period for which consent to processing was granted. In other cases, the processing period results from the purpose of processing or is set by legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

5.Security and recipients of personal data

Lovec-Realit.cz applies all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of all personal data of data subjects, in particular to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to these data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized provision or transfers, as well as any other unauthorized processing or misuse.

Personal data are made available only to authorized employees of Akkoola s.r.o. and, to the extent necessary for processing purposes, also to other recipients. Lovec-Realit.cz carefully selects external partners who, as processors, may process personal data of data subjects, and entrusts personal data only to those who provide sufficient guarantees of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.

These are in particular, but not exclusively, the following categories of recipients:

  • IT specialists ensuring the operation of the lovec-realit.cz website, marketing analyses and e-mailing,
  • payment service providers
  • business partners ensuring the delivery of individual services

6.Rights of data subjects

In connection with the processing of your personal data by Akkoola s.r.o. as the controller (hereinafter the “Controller”), you have the following rights, which you may exercise at any time:

📋 Right to request access to your personal data

i.e., your right to obtain, upon your request, information (confirmation) as to whether or not your personal data are being processed. If your personal data are being processed, you have the right to access these personal data and you also have the right to obtain the following information:

  • a) the purposes of processing;
  • b) the categories of personal data concerned;
  • c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;
  • d) the planned period for which your personal data will be stored, or, if it is not possible to determine it, the criteria used to determine that period;
  • e) the existence of the right to request from the Controller the rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing and/or to object to such processing;
  • f) all available information about the source of the personal data, if the Controller did not obtain them from you;
  • g) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the Regulation, and at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for you.

✏️ Right to request rectification of your personal data

i.e., the right to have the Controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay; you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

🗑 Right to request erasure of your personal data

i.e., the right to have the Controller erase personal data concerning you without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

  • a) your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • b) you withdraw consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
  • c) you object to the processing of your personal data under Article 21(1) of the Regulation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing under Article 21(2) of the Regulation;
  • d) your personal data have been processed unlawfully;
  • e) your personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the Controller is subject;
  • f) your personal data were collected in relation to the offer of information society services under Article 8(1) of the Regulation.

Right to restriction of processing of your personal data

i.e., the right to have the Controller restrict the processing of your personal data in any of the following cases:

  • a) if you contest the accuracy of your personal data, for a period enabling the Controller to verify the accuracy of your personal data;
  • b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
  • c) the Controller no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • d) if you have objected to processing under Article 21(1) of the Regulation pending the verification whether the Controller’s legitimate grounds override yours.

📤 Right to data portability

i.e., the right to obtain the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the Controller, where:

  • a) the processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation or Article 9(2)(a) of the Regulation, or on a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation; and
  • b) the processing is carried out by automated means.

When exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from the Controller to another controller, where technically feasible.

Right to object

i.e., the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data which is carried out on the following legal bases:

  • - processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller, or
  • - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party.

If you object to the processing of your personal data, the Controller will no longer process your personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

An objection may also be raised against the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes or profiling. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.

8.Collection of operational and other data

In addition to the personal data described above, Akkoola s.r.o. also collects and processes other data on the basis of which it is not possible to identify users of the website and/or application (whether registered and/or unregistered) in any way (hereinafter “other data”).

These other data are used to send notifications to the given device and facilitate bug fixes in the application and/or website code. In particular, this includes:

  • Device ID (UDID)
  • JWT token
  • date and time of first access
  • date and time of last login
  • platform (Android/iOS)
  • device model
  • mobile app version.

📊 Analytics

We also collect analytical data and information about the use of the application / website. These are mainly data:

relating to the frequency of visits to a particular section,

the number of “clicks” on a specific website / app button.

These data are anonymous from the start and serve solely to identify potential issues and errors in the application (website) and to improve it for more convenient and smoother user control.

We retain all such other data indefinitely. The user cannot view these data and cannot delete them. If the user uninstalls and reinstalls the application, new data are generated.

9.Final provisions

Rights and obligations not governed by these personal data processing principles are governed by the Regulation and relevant applicable national legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

These personal data processing principles are publicly available on the Lovec-Realit.cz website www.lovec-realit.cz. The data subject is informed about these personal data processing principles when concluding a contract or providing a service.

Lovec-Realit.cz reserves the right to change these personal data processing principles. The updated wording is always published on the Lobec-Realit.cz website www.lovec-realit.cz, indicating the effective date of such change.
