The apartment is divided into two 2-bed non-accessible rooms with a separate entrance from the spacious corridor, the common kitchen is equipped with all appliances (hob, hood, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher), bathroom has a sink, bathtub and washing machine, toilet separate. Housing is especially suitable for 4 students. The campus campus is located in a quiet location with excellent traffic access to the centre (public transport stop just around the corner), near is a famous pizzeria, curfew, bistro, bakery and drugstore. The rental is including basic furniture for every student - bed with mattress, table and chair and includes all energy, water, heating and internet connection. Because of allergies, tenants without pets are preferred. The campus is strictly non-smoking.
