The monthly rent for the 1+kk apartment (no. 2) is CZK 12,990. Monthly utilities amount to CZK 4,223, including CZK 1,650 as an electricity deposit.

The monthly rent for the 2+kk apartment (no. 10) is CZK 14,990. Monthly utilities amount to CZK 4,513, including CZK 1,800 as an electricity deposit.

The listed utility advances are calculated for one person and will be adjusted according to the number of occupants. The owner prefers a maximum of two people per apartment.
