We offer rental mediation of a newly built apartment with 3+kk available in the village of Kralupy nad Vltavou, part of the village of Lobeč, Na Skalách street. The apartment unit with an area of ​​60 m2 includes a beautiful wooden terrace made of Siberian larch with an area of ​​41 m2, as well as half of the garden and two parking spaces on its own property.
The property is accessed through a remote control gate, where there are parking spaces for 4 cars in front of the house. The apartment is ready to move in immediately. The monthly rent is CZK 25,900 + advance payments for fees in the amount of CZK 4,100 + a one-time refundable security deposit (deposit) in the amount of CZK 30,000 + commission of RK in the amount of one rent.
