Service charges are billed separately, with a monthly advance of 29,079 CZK covering cleaning, coffee, water, and other common services. Internet and IT management are charged separately depending on specific requirements. Up to six garage parking spaces are available at 3,700 CZK per space per month.

The sublease is available from 1 September 2025 for a fixed term of five years, with a 12-month notice period. One months rent (including services and parking) is payable in advance. A security deposit equal to three months and #39; total rent (including services and parking) is required. Invoicing is in euros, with payment also possible in CZK at the current exchange rate.
