We offer you the mediation of renting an apartment with a 1+kk layout with a total area of ​​38 m2 in Kralupy nad Vltavou, part of the municipality of Lobeček, Šmeralova Street. The apartment unit is located in the garden of a family house inhabited by the landlord himself. The apartment rental also includes a cozy terrace with a grill in front of the apartment and it is also possible to use the shared garden. Of course, the apartment can also be used only as an office.
The landlord has a small Australian shepherd in the garden only during the day, who is very nice and friendly and makes friends with new tenants right away. Parking is possible in a dead end street directly in front of the house.
The entrance to the apartment is through a common gate through the shared garden. There are plastic windows throughout the apartment, floating flooring (living room) and tiles (in the kitchen and bathroom and toilet). The apartment has all utilities, high-speed internet, electricity, water, sewage. The apartment is heated by a gas boiler from the family house. All the equipment that can be seen in the photos remains in the apartment. The owner can provide a second bed if necessary. The owner requires a maximum of 1-2 adults without animals, smokers are not a problem. The landlord is a construction designer by profession and would prefer to rent to tenants (or students) from the construction industry, to whom he would immediately offer paid cooperation and thus the opportunity to compensate for the rent. The apartment is ready to move in immediately. All civic amenities are also available within walking distance of the house: supermarkets, health center, post office, banks, bus and train stations with a direct connection of 25 minutes to the center of Prague to Masarykovo or Hlavní nádraží.
Along the Vltava River (200 m from the house) there is a cycle path to Nelahozeves Castle and Veltrusy in the directions Dresden-Prague Bubeneč. There is also a large summer swimming pool and clay tennis courts.
The rent is 10,000 CZK + fixed deposit for all fees of 4,000 CZK + one-time refundable deposit of 10,000 CZK + real estate agency commission.
