Building plot for sale land 990 m²

The subject of the award is the plot of area 990 m² in the village of Kraslic Kraslice. According to the valid zoning plan, the land is included in BI areas - individual housing, which allows the construction of a family house. Electricity is available on the property border, the water line is located in adjacent communication. Other engineering networks are not built on site. The land has been used for recreational purposes in the past and has a mobile house which is currently being removed. The land was historically led by a path which was not registered in the property register or as a public communication. Access to the surrounding land is otherwise ensured. The land is located in the peripheral part of the village. There is a former economic area nearby, which is currently used for commercial activities. In case of interest, I can recommend a financial specialist.
