Building plot for sale land 6500 m²

I would like to offer you a unique development opportunity within the project of building houses in the village of Těšínky in the district of Kolín. The object of the sale is a plot with a total area of about 6.500 m² including a project and building permit for the construction of four modern family houses 5+kk and a floor area of approximately 170 m². The project envisages the implementation of two family doubles, i.e. four separate apartment units, each with its own garden, garage and terrace. The size of the individual land ranges from 800 m² to 2.400 m², offering the future owners sufficient privacy and attractive space for family housing. Houses are designed as modern low energy buildings with emphasis on quality and ecological materials. The project includes floor heating with heat pump, water heating with heat pump and photovoltaic panels on the roof for electricity production. On the ground floor there is an entrance, technical room, bathroom, room and spacious living room with kitchenette and access to the terrace and garden. In the attic are designed other rooms, bedroom with dressing room and second bathroom. The great advantage is the readiness of the project - you buy and build immediately. The lengthy process of authorising and preparing the project is failing. This offer is an ideal opportunity especially for construction companies and smaller developers who are looking for a prepared residential project in an attractive location with a fast start of construction and high business potential.
