It has undergone partial reconstruction (social facilities, floors, stucco...). Plastic windows are installed throughout the apartment. The floors in the apartment are combined with floating floors and tiles. The basement cubicle is part of the apartment. Maybe even use the elevator. Civil amenities in the place is very good (shops, services, school, kindergarten, public transport, bus, shopping center Central....). In the event of interest, when the contract is signed, the rent for the month concerned must be 10.500,- Kč (2 persons), and then twice the security for the total rent of which one is refundable.
