Building plot for sale land 7024 m²

A unique opportunity for developers and investors. We offer building land in the K. Ú. Puppies, district of Pilsen South with total area 7024m2. It is currently the last available area in the municipality's territorial plan. The whole area offered is rectangular, flat, on the west side of the river Úhluj, on the east side of the road towards Chižice. A proposal was made for a study of possible stopping capacity, where individual parcels are 500 to 600m2. According to the ÚP you can build objects for family living up to 2 floors + living attic, up to 8 double houses. All engineering networks are within range and can be connected to them. The border with this land already consists of plots where individual construction has already begun. There's a house on the property right now. The study design also includes the drainage of rainwater to the corridor towards the Urge River. Very convenient location of the property and excellent availability to Pilsen. We recommend it.
