Building plot for sale land 1843 m²

We offer very spacious st. land in a beautiful place on the edge of the picturesque village of Borovany (near the local pond, land directed to the wild). The plot is a zoning plan entirely designed for construction. Access to the property is provided from two pages: 1) From the centre of the village, 2) From the communication leading behind the property (mainly for the supply of materials during construction). The plot has a flat surface (no expensive landscaping needed). Networks: electric energy 230 / 400V, water supply, waste during construction must be solved by vl. ČOV or pit. The village of Borovany is located in beautiful nature and a great advantage is the proximity of the slopes of D5 (10km). There are plenty of jobs in this location (in the local industrial zones Nová Kůa, Vysočany and others along D5). Beautiful place to build your dream house and live in a beautiful clean and quiet place. Good availability after D5. Spacious flat land with plenty of peace and privacy!
