Building plot for sale land 1414 m²

We offer st. land in a newly created quiet area (blind street) in the village Chodov, located just 6km from the town Domazlice and just 10km from the border crossing Lísková Waldmünchen (Folmava 11km). The entire area of the land is designated by the zoning plan as the housing area. The parcel is accessible after communication, which is owned by the owners of the surrounding parcels (the object of the sale is also the share of this communication). Land sewn - water pipeline, municipal sewerage and built electric connection. Especially for workers in Germany, it is very convenient that the land is located near the border with Germany (that is to say, the fast availability of German cities is ensured, with the still im Wald 15km and Cham ca. 30min.). The village Chodov is located in a nice place (near the beautiful nature of CHKO Český les with nearby peak Čerchov). A beautiful place to build your dream house and then live on a beautiful quiet street of New Staveb. Spacious plot in a quiet place!
