Building plot for sale land 1116 m²

We offer st. land lined with a small stream in a quiet blind street in the beautiful recreational area of Pila (in the immediate vicinity of Babylon resort), just 5km from the town of Domazlice. An electric current is introduced to the property, it also has a source of water (rather useful) and the waste during construction has to be solved by vl. ČOV or by pit. On the parcel there is an agricultural building without no. / No. and also small buildings in bad condition (shed, greenhouse). The land is accessible after asphalt communication and is designated as a land for housing. The distance to Folmava border crossing (only 9km) and Lisková (13km) is also advantageous for workers in Germany. Beautiful surrounding nature (ponds, forests). Vacation center Babylon approx. 20min walk. The land can also be purchased with a further downstream plot of area 665 m2 at a reduced price (price agreement). A large plot of land with a total area of 1 781m2 can be purchased, which will flow through a small stream. Interesting offer - the purchase of land can be obtained at an affordable price for permanent family living with very short availability to Domazlic.
