Building plot for sale land 375 m²

I have here for you a beautiful offer of real estate in Šumava, near the Three Castle, right in the middle between Klatovami and Nalžov Mountains! The object of the sale is a plot (plot) located in the cadastral territory of Boríková, part of the village of Kolinec. Location for family recreation but use is not subject to this. There is already a well as a source of drinking water on the parcel, and there is already a power supply in the column. A municipal road leads to the land, which is maintained even in winter months. There are several cottages in the area used for permanent housing. Instead of really unreal, I recommend a separate tour to draw local energy and the magic of surrounding forests. The land is not fenced, currently slightly overgrown, but we're working on it. The nearest bus stop with Kolinec is 1.2 km away. More information with the broker.
