Forest for sale land 5996 m²

In the sole representation of the owner, we would like to offer you a forest plot in the Bludovice village. A forest the size of 5.997 m2 is located along Fallen Heroes Street near the playground behind the firehouse. It is a maintained nice forest whose vegetation consists of grown trees mainly from the category of hardwood habr, oak, etc. The forest is surrounded by meadows, playgrounds and gardens of family houses, where the lively stream originates. Due to the location and nature of the forest, the new owner is considered (in addition to the basic function of cultivation and logging) and other possibilities for its use - the construction of a pond, fruit orchard, small game breeding, recreational purposes etc. The pond is already built here, it has a permanent inflow (even during the summer drought), it is about 10 x 10 m, but now in a neglected state. Nothing you can't put back together. A unique offer in this location. For more information, contact the broker.
