Building plot for sale land 2650 m²

In the sole representation of the owner we offer for sale land in the village of Uhřice (near Kroměříž). The area is approximately 2650 m2 (to be specified after GP measurement) and is accessible from municipal asphalt communication. The land is situated behind the existing construction, in front of the zoning plan designated as area BI (individual housing), which corresponds to approximately 750 m2, where the rear part is an agricultural area. In the village is available IS as water, electricity and gas. Interesting offer of land to live in a quiet village close to the cities.
