In the back of the space there is a toilet with sink. The rent is 9.850 Kč excluding VAT. For non-payers, the price is final, for payers + VAT. The rent is subject to an advance payment for services (security, cleaning and lighting) 1.300 Kč. Electricity and water are paid exactly as required. Parking is possible in 500 Kč. The refundable deposit is set at monthly rent. RK commission is paid by the owner of the property.
