Commercial parcel for sale land 12884 m²

I would like to offer you for sale some of the land for commercial purposes (about 1300 m2) in Tachov near the production site of BHS. The total area area of the plot is 12884 m2. The object of the sale is two complex parcels which are separate land owned by Tachov. Any comments on the attachments and construction are available and will be submitted on request. The areas concerned are from a part reinforced with fruit trees (cherries) - on the CN as other areas. The remaining parts include raids (conducted at the SAO as permanent grassland). Very interesting is the location, the grounds are lined by the dam of the Humlen pond - Heičák. It lies on the outskirts of the city, access is secured from the main roads and through the municipal property.
