In the sole representation of the owner, we offer a well-established guest house in the heart of the wine village Dolní Dunajovice adjacent to the dominance of the Pálava hills and the equally famous Dunajovice hills. The current owner is one of the recognized winemakers, except the pension there are large cellars of historical value (some from the 17th century), while the cellars are completely renovated. According to supervised decrees, Austrian President Dr. Renner has gone to the winery in history to get wine. Today there is a bank of wines where 44 companies and famous personalities are currently stored. The area 2080 m2 is mainly built by buildings and parking. The operator is not burdened with demanding green maintenance, although it is part of the playground and outdoor seating. The building also includes a restaurant with a kitchen. The actual building of a two-floor pension has a capacity of 30 beds in the first and 25 beds in 2.NP. All 17 rooms are equipped with bathroom and electric heating. The total accommodation capacity is 55 seats (35 beds and 20 extra beds). There are cleaning rooms and bedding warehouses. The guest house has a separate parking lot for 15 cars directly on the property. A restaurant with a capacity of 40 seats is complemented by a fully equipped professional kitchen, which is part of the 1st floor of the restaurant - including a lift for simple delivery of prepared meals. Social events are realized in historical cellars of more than 200m size, a passable and arched wine bar for 66 people. Part of the cellars also has floor heating, part includes a fully equipped bar and wine storage. The atmosphere of the cellar is drawn by the fireplace. Stainless steel technology 2x 300 and 1x 200 is installed to store the barrel wine under nitrogen. The original concrete tanks lined with glass tiles serve for storing 2x 15.000l and 1x 20.000l of wine.

The property also includes a separate family house, which, apart from the apartment 4+kk on the 1st floor, offers the possibility of using 3 separate rooms on the top floor for the purposes of additional accommodation or places for staff or guests. This part of the accommodation includes a shared bathroom with toilet and foie. On the ground floor of the house is in addition to a large garage, which is used as a monitored bicycle storage and a practical laundry room with a dryer. Visitors can enjoy an outdoor sitting on the west side of the guesthouse, dominated by a stylish swimming pool.
