We exclusively offer a typical Hanaic farmhouse from the middle of the 19th century, namely from 1846, located in the village of Čechlejovice na Hané, the local part of the Student, the district of Prostějov. This unique two-generation house is located between Olomouc and Prostějov, with driving time to Prostějov is only 5-6 minutes and to Olomouc-west 10-11 minutes. The farm underwent a comprehensive reconstruction in the years 2006-2009, with the emphasis on maintaining its invisible genius loci. The reconstruction included the replacement of complete roofs, including roofs and bags, and the warmth of the inner tract between the roofs of mineral wool with a thickness of 160 mm. New custom-made wooden windows with ditherm were installed, wiring of wiring, water, waste and internet. New floors and ceilings have been made in all rooms. Part of the farm is covered by summer and winter seating, which includes a built-in grill and smoker. During the years 2022-2024, another part of the reconstruction was carried out, which included installation of 27 new windows, 4 air conditioning units and heating of room ceilings on the first above-ground floor and soil to a total thickness of 460 mm mineral cotton. The house is currently energy-efficient, energy costs have been around 25.000 Kč / year over the last two years, with around 10.000 Kč / year for heating wood.

The left side of the courtyard is situated in a gym with access from both the housing unit and the courtyard. The spaces in the attic are formed by the free layout of the adjusted soil space.
