Sale of parcels in the cadastral territory of Velim, village Velim, district Kolín. The total land area is 49.984 m² of which approximately 13.216 m² is intended for the construction of family houses and 36.768 m² is intended for the location of parks and green areas. The property is located in the central part of the village Velim, approximately 60 km east of Prague and about 10 km north of Cologne. According to preliminary information from the construction office (available on request), the Land is intended partly for the construction of family houses, partly for the construction of communication (north-south) and partly for the construction of green / park in the south. The minimum size of the building plot is 800 m² (according to the text part of the zoning plan). It is practically possible to place 13 family houses on the grounds, with the average size of each building plot approximately 1.000 m².
