Garden for rent land 165 m²

Would you like to have a garden where you can let your child or grandchild play outside while you grow vegetables and flowers? I can offer you one of these in a garden settlement in Prague's Chokranice. The fenced garden offers you a space that you can use according to your own garden preferences. You can hide from the rain in a cabin equipped with a solar panel. There is no problem if you set up a sandbox for children here or put in an inflatable pool for them in the summer. The settlement offers seasonal water, washbasins and toilet. Please note that the cabin is not intended for living. There is a public transport stop near the settlement, right next to it you can park comfortably. If you are also attracted by walks, the settlement is surrounded by the natural park of the Modran Gorge. Near is the Airport Rotná with an air museum. Rent 6000 Kč / month, deposit 1 rental, commission RK 1 rental. Payment of water according to consumption. For more information, don't hesitate to call me. I'll look forward to seeing you. Free from April 1, 2026.
