Building plot for sale land 6279 m²

We would like to offer you exclusively a building plot located on the outskirts of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, in close proximity to the building of family and apartment houses. The local plan of the municipality falls under the areas of mixed housing - rural, with the main use of housing in rural-type family houses. For this purpose, part of the plot of land with an area of approx. 1.500 m2 is defined, the other parts of the plot are burdened with both the protective and safety belt of the civil engineering networks (above-ground line VVN, underground line of the gas plant), as well as the safety and safety belt of the railway corridor. The plot itself is slightly sloped, in the shape of the letter L, with beautiful and unshadowed views of the Beskydy, with year-round access after municipal communication and with the possibility of connecting to the energy distribution network. In the vicinity of the upper part of the property there is a speed communication in the direction of Ostrava, Čeladná and Frýdek-Místek. The land is currently unpreserved, there is a growing vegetation on the area, mainly by jet trees, the original fruit orchard and various grasses.
