Apartments are available immediately, suitable for foreigners and Czech citizens, non-smoking, and suitable for tenants with a child.

The building is located close to tram stops with fast and easy connections to Hlavní nádraží (Metro line C).
The city center is just a few minutes away, yet the area itself is quiet and pleasant, ideal for comfortable living.
