The owner only rents rooms for younger girls, students or women (not couples etc.) non-smokers, no children and no pets, Czech nationality, room is available immediately. Suitable especially for workers, but the student doesn't mind. The equipment in the room is one bed and wardrobe and other smaller furniture. There are four rooms in the upstairs house. The kitchen is common to all rooms, where there is an electric double cooker, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. The base of the apartment is walled and the bathroom has a shower. Each room has a wireless internet where each month is paid 100 Kč. The owners themselves live in a house on the ground floor and in the basement areas there is a room where the washing machine is used for the price 50,- Kč for each washing. The room has a very nice view. Parking is right in front of the house. The rental price is final incl. all services and energy I highly recommend thanks to a very nice location and also a small distance to the city centre. Public transport stops are 2 minutes' walk from the house. The great advantage is that all amenities are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. There is also a large shopping mall.
