In the area in Vysočany at the address K Žižková we rent storage space in warm building cells. The space is warm and can be used as a workshop. In units there is electricity, lights and enough outlets for working and involving appliances, each unit has its secondary electrometer to measure specific consumption. The advance on the electricity and operating costs of the site is 1.500 Kč per month and is subject to the clearing of the real electricity consumption and the accounting of operating costs. There's a plastic window, a separate entrance. We have different types of cells available, either in a separate building on the ground floor or on the first floor, or outside in an area with direct access to the cell. The rental prices range from 5.000 Kč to 5.500 Kč per month according to the type of unit. Access to the premises is easy on a reinforced concrete and asphalt road. The area is closed and guarded with reception and camera system. In case of interest in renting more space on the premises we will be happy to offer you a quantity discount.
