Building plot for sale land 1515 m²

Land for sale in Buchlovice. We are happy to offer you land in a quiet part of the village of Buchlovice. The land has a total area 1515 m² (with a street spread of about 9,5 m) and is in a valid local planning for individual housing. The village has designated this location for the future construction of family houses. Currently, the property does not have an IS connection or access communication. The future plan also includes the divestment of part of the land to the municipality, which will build the said communication including IS connections. It follows that the land cannot be built at the moment and must be waited for further cooperation with the municipality (this is reflected in the sales price).
