Building plot for sale land 907 m²

I would like to offer you the sunny land located in the centre of the village of Upper Lhota. A slightly sloping plot with a total surface area 907 m2 is oriented towards the south side. Access to the property is from municipal communications. According to the valid Upper Lhota zoning plan, the above plot is located in the built-up area of the SO.3 - the area of the mixed residential village. It is possible to place on the property a building for housing, a family house with a possible port for small agricultural production (livestock farming). The height regulation of the installation is limited by up to two above-ground floors and attic. On the offered land there is an unlabeled object of the barbed garden cottages. The advantage is the electrical connection already delivered with the sampling point. Land or possible construction of the building on the plot can be connected to the municipal water pipeline, sewerage and gas connection that is within reach. Interesting offer of family living in a quiet part of the village with pleasant view of the landscape. I recommend a tour. The village of Upper Lhota is located on the edge of the Moravian region of Valachia, in the White Carpathians, surrounded by a picturesque environment surrounding forests and typical passports. In the village there is a kindergarten, public library, multipurpose playground with tennis court, hospitality and shop. Other services and the nearest primary school are located in the neighbouring Lower Lhota. Good accessibility to Zlín and nearby Luhačovice makes this land an interesting offer for interested people looking for family housing in a quiet environment. I'll be happy to give you more information on the phone or personally during the search of the property.
