In an exclusive mandate, we have received instructions from the owner to offer eleven plots of land in the cadastral territory of Opatovice u Vyškov, land designated as gardens and their localisation is in the neighbourhood of an already existing garden colony, located between Opatovice and Heirs. On behalf of the City of Vyškov, the approval of the amendment of the zoning plan was discussed and the land will be classified as land for recreation, to create a garden settlement. The fact that the land and its purpose are to be classified in this way can be verified by any interested party (we attach a fragment of the decision of the Plenipotentiary as well as the whole document). These are the nine plots of land in areas 834, 831, 763, 815, 828, 837, 1026, 1144 and 1194 m2, All the plots are paved along the road, there is a river running around the parcels, grass growing the parcels. All planed parcels can be rotated immediately, later, after the land has been registered, it is possible to build on the land recreational buildings for garden and recreational purposes associated with the activity. The offer has the potential to meet clients who often demand gardens, preferably close to their residence, where they could realize their hobbies, associated with recreation and a certain degree of self-catering of the corkscrew, while at the same time dealing with a real lack of similar plots with the described use, which is in Vyškov, thanks to the garages for other purposes, felt and the situation does not promise improvement.
