Building plot for sale land 4302 m²

In the sole representation of the owner, we would like to offer you a building plot in the village Zhlakovice. A flat parcel with a total area 4302 m² consists of multiple parcels in a common functional unit. There is an older building of the family house and two barns, but all the buildings are in poor technical condition and are likely to be demolished. Due to the size of the land, it is possible to consider the construction of one to two new family houses or economic buildings in the future - the engineering networks are on the border of the property. Zlovkovice is a picturesque village located in a quiet location in Vysočina. In the village there is a municipal office, food shop COOP, bus stop and children's playground, complete amenities can be found in nearby Hostimi or Moravian Budějovice.
