We offer fully functional and well-established hairdresser rooms located in the street Smila in the centre of Pardubice. The premises are currently used as a hairdresser's salon and have the complete equipment necessary for the operation of the hairdresser. All the equipment you see in the photos is currently used and allows the new tenant to build on the current operation without the need for extensive initial investment. The existing tenant can be individually agreed on the purchase of complete equipment for 100 000 Kč. The purchase of equipment is subject to mutual agreement. The premises have two separate entrances - the main entrance directly from Smila Street and the second entrance from the side of the house. They are divided at the disposal of the front which is awarded for the operation of the hairdresser and the rear which is awarded for the provision of pedicure services. The property thus offers an interesting possibility to connect more services in the field of care of appearance and beauty. Existing tenants will terminate their lease on 1 January 2027 and the premises will be available from January 2027.
