Family house for sale 100 m², land 253 m²

We offer for sale a family house with built-in area of about 100 m², located on the property with total area 253 m² in the village Ratenice. The house is currently in poor technical condition and requires extensive reconstruction, which the owner has already started. New inner walls, including foundations, have been built and an insulating layer of polystyrene is laid in the floors. However, in view of the overall state of the building, it is appropriate to make an expert assessment as to whether it will be economically advantageous to continue the reconstruction or remove the existing house and build a new one in its place. The property is connected to electricity and municipal water supply, there is also a private well. For more information or arrange a tour please contact me. Real estate agent Martin Socha
