Hut for sale 16 m², land 1869 m²

I offer to buy a cottage without a descriptive number or a number registered for complete reconstruction or demolition and construction of a new cottage on its own spacious property near Zlaté Hora railway station near the municipal asphalt communication. The land is not fenced and is currently partly used for crop cultivation. On the property there is a drill well up to 32 m deep and there is also a new power connection. The land is not in the protected area and therefore it is possible to extend it to 45 m2 the built-up area during the reconstruction of this cottage. I recommend a tour.
