MORE THAN 400 YEARS OF HISTORY The original building was built at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries in the style of Highlands wooden and served as an economic background with bows, black kitchen and stone cellar. It was purchased in 2011 in a decayed state. This was followed by extensive reconstruction and completion according to the design of Ing. akad. arch. Jan Velk. The original stone walls were preserved and sensitively restored up to 96 cm thick, the rolled vault entrance, stone volcano and historical cellar. Approximately two thirds of the current building consists of a new building that respects the original appearance of the building. ORIGINAL INTERESTS AND MODERAL COMFORT The air loft with open mezzonet, high ceilings, massive wooden beams, handmade wooden floors and large windows offers space for shared moments and rest. The atmosphere is complete by two cast iron stove, one of which is supplemented by a cooking furnace. In the summer they provide a pleasant cool massive stone wall and quality insulation. The reconstruction included new wiring of electricity, water and waste, quality insulation and a completely new warm roof construction. Heating provides electric floor heating with its own regulation, six radiators with thermostats and two cast iron wood stove and wooden briquettes. The cottage thus offers year-round use.

_ The cottage includes an approximate area 350 m², adapted in the natural spirit. Stone terraces and roads from local granite complement trees, shrubs, lilacs and thrilling roses. Green is a small forest and provides privacy for morning coffee or summer sitting. There's also a 21 meter deep well on the property. It offers the possibility to create another relaxation zone, for example with a smaller Finnish sauna. NATURE AND GOOD AVAILABILITY Ambient forests, ponds and cycling trails attract hiking trips, cycling, sponsorship and winter trips on cross-country runs.
