Apartment 1+1 for rent 40 m²

On behalf of the client, I offer a co-operative apartment 1+1 and a living space 40 m2 located on the second floor of the panel house after revitalization. The house is located in the desired location of the town on the edge of the residential construction near the Bažantina forest park in the vicinity of the primary school. The apartment is ready to live immediately after several modifications in the maintained condition. There's a door in the apartment with a possibility of use as a dressing room. There's a shower in the bathroom. It is possible to place a dining table in the square kitchen and there is a kitchen and electric stove. There's space on the washing machine in the line. I recommend a tour. Both the owner and the housing cooperative reserve the right to choose the lodger.
