Apartment 2+kk for rent 80 m²

Looking for a quiet living in green, with enough space and Prague within reach? I offer for long-term rental a very pleasant, bright and cosy apartment 2+kk with an area of approximately 80 m², located on the floor of a maintained residence in Třebotov, just 17 km southwest of the centre of Prague. The largest advantage of the apartment is the generous open living space, which offers much more possibilities than the common disposition 2+kk. In addition to the kitchenette, you will comfortably create a living and dining area, and there will still be room for example for a home office or a pleasant relaxation corner. Thanks to its size and layout, the apartment is airy and offers a pleasant atmosphere for everyday living. A separate bedroom provides privacy and peace of rest. From the living room, stairs lead to a smaller attic floor - an extra practical space, which you will appreciate for example for storing seasonal or less used items. The apartment is rented partly equipped, the kitchen and hall wall are included. Other devices can be chosen according to your own ideas and create a home exactly according to your taste. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, toilet and washing machine connection. Heating and water heating are centrally addressed. Another pleasant bonus is the beautiful common outdoor premises of the residence, which the tenants can enjoy and which complete the peaceful atmosphere of the whole complex. Třebotov offers a pleasant combination of nature and accessibility of Prague. The most comfortable is commute by car, the bus stop is located approximately a minute walk from the house. In the village you will find basic amenities - school, kindergarten, shops and playground. The surrounding area offers hiking trails, cycling trails and beautiful nature. There is also a romantic Třebotov Fortress nearby. Due to the specific breeding of animals on the premises, the apartment is not suitable for applicants with pets.

Monthly rent is 19 500 Kč + fees and services including all energy 6 000 Kč (total 25 500 Kč monthly), refundable deposit is 30 000 Kč and RK commission 19 500 Kč. The lessor reserves the right to choose the tenant. Are you interested in this apartment? In case of interest, please write to me a few words about yourself - who would live in the apartment, what you are looking for, why you are looking for new housing, where you are still living, from when you are planning to move in and whether you know the Třebotov site and how it suits you. I'll be happy to provide you with further information and arrange a personal search.
