The design solution combines reinforced concrete, vault and wooden CLT panels. The practical part of the design is a parking space for one passenger car in the northern part of the property, near the access road. The transport connection is solved from the existing purpose communication. The project envisages connecting electricity, supplying water from a new well and disposing of waste water through a domestic treatment plant with a bag on the property.
