Hut for sale 35 m², land 375 m²

Sell the cabin at the Pupil? Few times. And now the time has come. A cottage on its own property with a garden. Parking space. A completely fenced garden colony. The owner had the cabin loaded, new plaster and tiles inside. What I appreciate on the property is a plane. No scratching up the hill. Just a few steps around the cabin. I can imagine a nice big terrace, steps to the garden. Under it sitting, fireplace, smoker, cucumber and hot peppers:) Important information: You have your own electric meter, drinking water is seasonal from wells. Water for watering is also taken care of by the current distribution of utility water that runs all over the gardens. You also have some fruit trees and raspberries. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. Now it's just a long shot.
