Apartment 2+1 for rent 55 m²

I would like to offer you an apartment rental 2+1, located in the eastern part of Zlín in the location of Bartošova district. In this peripheral part there was low-floor construction of residential houses in the 1970s and 1980s with emphasis on quality transport and civil infrastructure - public transport, kindergarten, place for seniors, school, hospital, swimming pool, bike trail, sports hall and outdoor area etc. Everything is within a pleasant walking distance. The reconstructed housing unit is located on the 2nd floor of the four-storey reconstructed apartment house. Its residential area is 55 m2. Part of the lease is a spacious brick cellar with a surface area 3,5 m2. You can place a bike, skis, sports equipment of different character. The apartment has an attractive northern and southern orientation with pleasant views of the surroundings. It consists of: hallway, kitchenette, living room, bedroom, bathroom and separate wc.
