Stomping the neighbors won't be your problem from now on. But you don't have to worry about the roof of the apartment, it won't bake you.

It's new and perfectly isolated. And if you need to cool off after all, there's air conditioning installed in the master bedroom and living room. Through the main door, you enter about a six-metre corridor from which the door leads to other rooms. This is an undisputed advantage compared to other apartments of this type from these years, where the entrance corridor is missing and you enter the living room or kitchen directly or you have a passable individual room. After all, we are on the estate, so don't expect a fairy tale view, the surrounding greenery, and the fact that no other floor is overshadowed, but this balances. One of the biggest benefits of this site is that you take care of everything important on foot or on your bike. A few minutes from the house, you will find the primary and kindergarten, so the morning carousel with children will not be an adventure. You can arrange shopping in nearby supermarkets and, of course, there is also a doctor, pharmacy, post office and a few restaurants and pubs where you can have lunch or beer without going anywhere.

And if you want something more, there's the Hungarian Hradic. The centre can be reached by car in a moment, bus also without problems and in summer bike bike path. It is the ideal place for a weekend ride or evening run, along with the surrounding fields and vineyards.
