Garden for rent land 358 m²

We offer the rental to a recreational garden in a quiet garden area for 770 000 Kč. The object of the offer is not the sale of the house, the cottage or the property, but the abandonment of the rental relationship, including the construction and equipment that is located on the site. The garden is ideal for someone who looks for his own piece of green where he can grow, relax and spend leisure time in peace. On the property there are grown fruit trees that create a pleasant atmosphere, provide shade and at the same time offer the possibility of own fruit directly from the garden. The area encourages gardening, coffee sitting, barbecue, weekend rest and ordinary escape from the city. A well-preserved wooden cottage with terrace, which provides practical facilities for relaxation, weekend stays and storage. There is also a roofed pergola, a garden house for tools, a folic for growing your own vegetables and a box with chem. Toilet. There is a connection to water with its own water meter. There's no electricity. Light and heat can be solved by alternative sources. The garden is also accessible by public transport (bus No. 162 from Kobylis + about 10 minutes by foot) or by car. A great advantage is also the possibility of safe parking in a fenced lockable zone for local use only, which ensures comfortable access for example when transporting goods, garden equipment or weekend visits. The rented space is largely fenced, thanks to which it offers pleasant privacy and safe facilities for relaxation and gardening. The location is suitable for anyone who does not want to deal with the purchase of the property, but would like to have his own garden for cultivation, relax and spend time outside. It is a pleasant place where you can create a small background exactly as you wish. N.B.: Not intended for housing. The lease is subject to the approval of the gardening association, which is already familiar with the sale.
