Building plot for sale land 838 m²

I offer for sale a beautiful flat building plot with a surface area 838 m², located on the edge of the village Veselí near Přeže - in a place where a new, modern residential district begins to form. There are a total of 10 plots of land intended for the construction of family houses, and this plot is one of those that will capture both its size and location. The location offers a pleasant combination of calm and excellent availability. It is only 14 km to Pardubice, 6 km to Přeč, which ensures a great connection with work, school and services - while still enjoying the atmosphere of rural housing. As part of the ongoing development project, complete engineering networks (electricity, water) and new access communication will be built to all the land. Each owner shall subsequently provide his own waste water exporting pit. The land will thus be ready to be built without further substantial investments in infrastructure. The village of Veselí is long-term sought for its quality background - it is rightly awarded in the village of the year competition. You will find a kindergarten, shop, inn, municipal office, modern sports area and children's playground with popular toboggan. The surrounding landscape is ideal for cycling, running, walking and family trips. If you are looking for a place where you can build a house in a safe, friendly environment with a clearly defined development plan and very good accessibility to larger cities, this property is a great choice.
