Building plot for sale land 8775 m²

How about a project? Do you like a challenge? There's one in Cheese. I offer for sale land in a stoppable area, according to the zoning plan designed for the mixed construction of family houses. The total size of the land is 8.775m2. There is a minimum size of building land in Cheřovice 600m2, so it can fit a few plots of land including communication. The next bonus I see is the trafostation on the property border right after arrival and the public water supply is also taken care of. What may seem like a problem at first sight, I see an advantage in that. Even if the land is full of broken buildings, just imagine how much recycling you'll need for communications. And you're free of charge. That's a goal. I don't want to go into the economy, but it might not be a bad business as a project for a few years, even with the construction of family houses. Don't drag me on the tour and get in there yourself. Just call me back and I'll help you sell the houses
