The premises are located in an area with access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, guarded by physical security and an electronic security system. Monthly rent is 28 000 Kč + VAT + services. Brokerage commissions are not paid. The refundable deposit is two months' rent, including advance payments for services. PENB is not required the object is not heated or cooled.
