Apartment 1+kk for rent 33 m²

On behalf of the client, I offer an apartment 1+kk with an area 33 m2 located on the sixth floor of the house after revitalization with two elevators. The house is equipped with a camera system and the access to the apartment thanks to the lifts with the possibility of boarding already in the basement areas is disabled. The apartment is after complete reconstruction with electric cooker with oven, kitchen with washing machine. The kitchen part of the apartment is separated by a counter. The owner and also the housing cooperative prefer trouble-free tenants. The rental price also includes payments for services. I recommend a tour.
