Apartment 3+kk for sale 70 m²

We present for sale a spacious private apartment 3+kk and area 70 m², located on the 1st floor of the apartment house in Mimosská Street in the Guard under Ralsk. The apartment passed a complete and very successful reconstruction completed in September 2026. Practically everything you see in the apartment is new. The new floors, interior doors, complete bathroom, kitchen including appliances, wiring, lighting and other equipment. The whole interior is modern, clean and in timeless materials. The apartment is dominated by a spacious living room connected to the kitchen area. The new kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances and enough work and storage space. The pleasant atmosphere of the whole apartment underlines the enclosed ceiling lighting. The new bathroom with a bathtub and a modern ambulance is also very successful. An interesting detail is the comfortable electronic toilet with bidet function, remote control and washing with hot water. The big benefit of the house is the photovoltaic power plant located on the roof. The house is managed by a housing cooperative, which is positively reflected in the very favourable operating costs of housing. The apartment is bright and airy and thanks to the complete reconstruction it offers the new owner the possibility of immediate housing without further investment. If you're looking for an apartment where the reconstruction was really done from scratch and you don't want to deal with craftsmen, kitchen, bathroom or other investments after purchase, this offer is definitely worth a tour.
