It is also possible to rent a conference room under the agreement, where there is the possibility of a conference call. A part of the rented space is own bathroom. The rent does not include advances for services and energy (water, heat, TUV, administration, electricity - the tenant pays for it himself). The heating of the building is provided by a gas boiler. It is possible to set up an internet connection and parking in the garden next to the building at an extra cost. A fixed phone can set up a tenant by itself. The building is secured - central security counter, the rented rooms are under their own security. Each room has its own air conditioning unit. All amenities are within walking distance - shop, public transport, metro, post office, doctor, restaurant. Repayable bail is not required. The rent is 22.000,-Kč (we will submit a detailed schedule for the tour of rented premises), the RK commission is 22.000,- Kč.
