The rent per person is 4.500,-Kč / monthly including energy. Security (refundable bail) 4.500,-Kč per person, RK commission 4.500,-Kč per person. These are student housing, rent is paid only from September to June, not year-round and the bed is reserved for the student for the next season. Near public transport, shops within walking distance, parking in front of the house. Currently only one bed is available. In total there are 3 rooms and shared bathroom and kitchen use 6 students.
