We offer for sale a set of four interrelated plots of land of total size 482 m² in the local part of Laciná, the municipality of Pudtice, the district of Strakonice. The land is located in the cadastral territory of Vahlovice and is located in LV No 522. The file consists of: * parc. no 336 / 1 of area 316 m², * parc. no 336 / 2 of area 22 m², * parc. no 664 / 8 of area 94 m², * parc. no 1276 of area 50 m². In addition to the direct purchase of land, a transfer of 100% of the shares of a public limited company which only owns this set of land can be negotiated in agreement. The specific conditions of this variant will be the subject of separate negotiations. According to the current zoning plan, all the land is located in the built-up area and in a stabilised area of mixed housing. The zoning plan in this area permits, in particular, housing, civic equipment, accommodation, public space and related transport and technical infrastructure. General height regulation allows no more than two above-ground floors without attic or one above-ground floor with attic. The new installation must respect the surrounding village development with its character and volume. The classification of land in the zoning plan creates potential for construction use, but it is not land with a specific construction already authorised. There is also a construction study prepared for the project that the owner originally wanted to implement on the land. The study may serve as a starting basis for further preparation, but it itself does not constitute a permit for construction. Cheap is the small and quiet rural part of the village of Meztice, situated in the southern Bohemian landscape between Blatna and Mirovice. The surrounding area is characterised by ponds, forests and open landscape of Blatenska. The wider amenities are available in the nearby Blatná. The property can be interesting for expanding the background of neighbouring property, garden or a smaller building, or for individually prepared housing.
